Peter completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the top of his class at Oxford Brookes University in 2020. He began his Physiotherapy career in the United Kingdom with experience in intensive care, the emergency department and inpatient orthopedics at Oxford University Hospitals until 2022. He had always planned to return to Canada and to transition into private practice, and so he and his wife moved back to Stittsville where his wife grew up. His other educational background includes a Master of Science in Aging & Health and BScH in Life Sciences, both from Queen’s University. Peter is driven to support people to do the things they love. He uses exercises and education as the mainstay of his practice, and employs strength and conditioning principles to optimize results in patients’ functioning and pain. He also uses manual therapy, heat, ultrasound and other modalities to improve his patients’ symptoms. Originally from Vermont, Peter loves to downhill ski and to play hockey. In the warmer months, you can often find Peter outside on a hike or a canoe trip with his family and friends.
