Alana graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after completing a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion at Laurentian University. Since then she has become passionate about helping people reach their goals by addressing the source of their pain as well as predisposing factors.
As a believer in life-long learning, Alana has completed several professional development courses including manual therapy techniques, taping, acupuncture and dry needling. She has also taken specialized courses in the assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders and concussion rehabilitation.
