Kendra graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College with honors in 2016. She is registered with the CMTO and is a member of the RMTAO. As a big believer in moving purposefully every day, be prepared to have her as your own personal cheerleader.
With that empowerment in mind she will encourage you to make choices and communicate what you want during treatment. Massage therapy is not one size fits all so Kendra is excited to work with you to achieve your wellness goals in a way that works for you. Both in the treatment room and beyond with recommendations for home care exercises.
Kendra's treatment style generally incorporates a mix of Swedish techniques, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and passive range of motion. With hopes to study and incorporate cupping therapy in the future.
When not at work you can find Kendra walking or biking the trails of Stittsville with her husband, toddler son, and dog Mia.
